Dr. Stan Fowler will be joining us to give us a framework for understanding Christian Ethics. We live in a day when the world’s ethic and the Christian ethic often stand in opposition to each other. How do we know what God is saying through Scripture? What are some principles we can use to understand what God is saying and then know how to live it out?

If you’re interested in attending please email office@hughson.ca or sign up at the Welcome Desk on Sunday.  If you’re in need of childcare please let us know.

Stan serves as a Professor of Theological Studies at Heritage College & Seminary. He has served as a professor and administrator at Central Baptist Seminary and then Heritage since 1982. He previously served in pastoral ministry in Baptist churches in Bloomington, Indiana and Toronto. He is a graduate of Dallas Seminary and earned his doctorate in theology at Wycliffe College, University of Toronto. He has written numerous theological essays and one book, More Than a Symbol (an analysis of baptismal theology). He is married to Donna, and they have four adult children and six grandchildren.
