Each summer TrueCity Churches work alongside Start2Finish to provide backpacks to students in the Hamilton Catholic and Public School systems. Not only does this annual volunteer effort provide vital school supplies to children from low-income families, but it gives our churches the chance to better engage with their local schools.
Contact Paul if you're interested in helping to delivery these backpacks. Each school usually receives 30-50 backpacks so we recommend bringing another helper or two with you but no more then that so you can use all available space in your vehicle to load up all the backpacks so you can deliver them all in one trip! Children are welcome to help out too!
Directions for Monday: Come to Jackson Square Center Parking which you enter off of Main St. Come up the F stairs which is in the far corner (North East Corner). The store front where we’ll meet is across the food court from the security office. If you are lost call Paul. 905-979-9318.
